The Dalmore has been designed to ensure full physical accessibility, providing step free access, thoughtful layouts, and supportive amenities throughout the experience.
-
As all visits are private, The Dalmore is pleased to accommodate sensory accessibility needs wherever possible. Guests are encouraged to share any requirements in advance with our Concierge team so the experience can be tailored to ensure comfort and enjoyment.
-
All elements required during your visit will be provided by The Dalmore. There is no need to bring additional food or drink.
-
Photography and videography are welcome. However, as some spaces are active production areas, guests will be asked to follow their host’s guidance on where and when filming is appropriate.
-
As The Dalmore is a working distillery, production activity varies throughout the year. While your experiences includes access to all key areas of whisky making, certain elements may not be running on the day you visit. This reflects the genuine rhythm of a live distillery. Your expert host will guide you through each stage with rich insight, ensuring a complete and meaningful understanding of how The Dalmore’s exceptional spirit comes to life.
-
The Dalmore distillery experience is designed exclusively for adults. Only guests aged 18 and over may attend.
-
Bookings are available up to one year ahead of your visit.
-
Guests may cancel free of charge up to five days before the visit. After this point, full payment is required. Card payment is taken at the time of booking.
