Pedro Ximénez Cask Finish
Matured first in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels, this refined Highland single malt is then carefully transferred into rare Pedro Ximénez sherry casks where it stays for up to two years.
As you savour each sip vivid notes of sun-kissed citrus and pâtisserie spice begin to unfold — gilded with golden syrup and softened by rich vanilla and sweet pecans.
